The Asics Gel-Nimbus LITE 2 is an ideal road trainer, providing the perfect level of cushioning and support for neutral runners. Built in a lightweight, supportive structure, with a performance-oriented fit to inspire an energy fuelled session, and keep you going for longer. Constructed with the iconic FLYTEFOAM® Midsole technology for an ultra responsive, cushioned ride. The LITE 2 also incorporates Cellulose Nanofiber architecture to aid in midsole durability, and present a 55% lighter feel than industry standard. The Eco friendly model helps to create a more sustainable world by using a series of recycled materials that don't compromise support, cushioning, or comfort.

Upper
Sustainable Engineered Mesh is put together using recycled materials. Providing a soft, supportive layer to wrap the foot like a second skin. A removable EVA sockliner is incorporated within to aid in moisture management, and breathability.
Outsole
AHAR Outsole promotes full-ground contact for a smooth transition from footstrike, to toe-off.
Midsole
The Flytefoam™ Technology offers sustainably energised cushioning for increased softness and compression.
Interior
I.G.S (Impact Guidance System) Technology employs linked componentry to enhance the natural gait cycle.
