When you become an employee of The Athlete’s Foot Australia, you become a member of a big family which includes the franchisees, store support centre (head office), supplier partners and the medical community of podiatrists, physiotherapists, chiropractors and other health professionals.

Like any family, we look after each other - so when a positive, caring and hard working employee needs to relocate to another city for whatever reason, is keen and has the skills to progress from Sales Assistant to Store Manager, or wants an opportunity to work for one of our reputable brands including opportunities within the RCG Group, they know that they can discuss those opportunities with their manager and doors begin to open up.
