How do I create a customer account?

Click on "Log In" at the top right of The Athletes Foot website, and select the "Create a MyFit Account" button. You will be directed to enter the information required to create your customer account. You may also choose to 'Create an account' when you proceed to the checkout. An email address will be required to create a customer account.

Already signed up in store?

Click on the 'Login' button at the top of the screen. You will be directed to the Login page.

Please click 'Forgot Password'. This will then prompt you to provide an email address to reset your password. An email will be sent to your email account, allowing you to set a password and create your online account.

How do I edit my customer account / personal details?

Log into your customer account and go to the personal details section. You will be able to select edit and edit your account information as required.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

There is an 'Unsubscribe' link on the bottom of every newsletter we send. Simply click 'Unsubscribe' and you're done. Alternatively, if you have a registered account with us, you can sign-in and change your mailing settings.
We'll be sad to see you go, however, you can always re-subscribe at any time so you're the first to know about sales, events and subscriber-only promotions and competitions.

How I do edit my order from my shopping cart?

You can update the quantity by inputting the new quantity and selecting 'Update Quantity'. If you would like to edit an entire product, click 'Edit' next to the product you'd like to edit, and it'll take you back to the original product page. Select the new colour or size and click 'Add to Cart'.

I have a store credit note. Can I use it online?

No, unfortunately we are unable to accept store credit notes.

I have forgotten my login and password. What do I do?

Simply go to the 'log in' area and click 'I've forgotten my password'. A reset password link will be sent to your email address for you to reset your password.

The item I ordered last week just went on sale!

Occasionally we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you've purchased it.
