HOW IT WORKS
I started my journey with The Athlete’s Foot working at a store for 1 year before joining the MyFit Virtual team who I have been with for the past 2 years. My favourite shoe is the Saucony Endorphin Speed for its balance of performance and comfort.
I have been a Fit Technician at The Athlete's Foot for 3 years. I have a strong passion for helping people find their perfect fit and achieve a more active lifestyle
I have worked for The Athlete’s Foot for the past 4 years, I still regularly work in-store as well as with the MyFit Virtual team. My Favourite shoe is the Hoka One One Clifton because of its highly cushioned profile and lightweight feel.

WHAT IS MYFIT VIRTUAL - HOW DOES IT WORK?
MyFit Virtual is an online shoe fitting tool that allows you to video call, live chat, or simply call one of our Fit Technicians so they can help you find your perfect FIT. They will be able to suggest & show you the best shoes for you based on your foot type, shoe history, your activity for the shoe, as well as basing it on how you walk, and all this from the comfort of your own home.
You can speak to a Fit Technician by:
- Live Chat -
When you see the MyFit Virtual pop-up (in the bottom right corner of your screen), simply click and start a chat. You can send and receive pictures & video's through the pop-up to assist with your fitting requirements.
- Phone -
On your mobile, click on the black circle (with the phone at the top of the page) to call us, or simply call us on 0800 237 834, and press #2 to speak with a Fit Technician.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
If you are a The Athlete's Foot MyFit Rewards member but have only used your membership instore, you will need to activate your membership online. Once you activate your membership online, it will sync with your existing instore membership
If there are no Fit Technicians available, you can simply leave a message to request a chat, you will then receive a notification either via SMS or email when your Fit Technician has responded!
WHERE DO I FIND THE MYFIT VIRTUAL POP-UP?
MyFit Virtual is the pop-up that appears at the bottom of your The Athlete's Foot website page (note the pop up will not appear on ALL pages).

YES - The MyFit Virtual Fitting experience is completely Free.
