This April, The Athlete’s Foot will be launching a free 14 week progressive running program fit for any level of fitness.
Lead by Athletics Coach, Tim Crosbie, our weekly Run Club will support you on your journey to fit as you build your resistance, distance and speed.
Throughout the program you’ll be able to get fitted by the experts, meet fellow runners and receive fit tips including different stretches, recovery methods and how to avoid injury.
