Nike use a multi layer breathable mesh construction which hugs your foot providing a sock-like fit. Within the multi layers are strips of strong material bonded to the mesh which have been strategically placed to offer you support

The spliced rubber sole and triangle outsole pattern enhances flexibility and traction
Midsole
The Phylite midsole is used for cushioning and shock absorption.
Interior
The sockliner has been moulded to mimic the curvature of your foot to give a more natural feel
